The house is available for 2 weeks during high season,
and 1 week during medium and low season.
*Rates are for 8/10 pers. hosted in the main house.
It is not rented during wintertime.

Pre-booking is 25 % of the total amount.
The remaining 75 % is due at the signature of the contract
at least one month before arrival.
Amount for guarantee: 2000 €

Rental fees include all home textiles
(sheets/towels), water and electricity.
Not included: telephone calls, heating,
and extra cleaning bills

Garden and Swimming pool are taken care of.
Pets might be accepted according to specific proprietor's agreement. A car is mandatory.

House keeping, baby sitter might eventually be obtained
upon special request.
